ao que tudo indica falta de certificado digital
Pois é, foi o que constatei, meu caro. Agora, extendendo um pouco o assunto, e até contando com a compreensão de vocês, se já tiver esta informação nos fóruns, eu tava precisando é de um código fonte exemplo para assinar a NFe, de preferência em VB6, se tiver, assinatura e envio, melhor ainda, porque estou debugando o meu processo de envio, e sempre é bom ter uma coisa mais ajeitada pra ter certeza, né?! No mais, valeu aà FoxMan!

Estou com o mesmo problema em um cliente, não é falta de certificado, o certificado dele é válido para o estado SP, só neste estado está dando este problema.
